Jodi Dolph was a great broker for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a place to live. Jodi showed me properties in my price range and in the area where I wanted to live. She returned my calls promptly and often had to rearrange her schedule to make sure we saw properties in a timely fashion. The market was extremely difficult in my price range as buyers were offering anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000 above the asking price. The property I ended up purchasing I was able to stay out of this kind of bidding war due to her quick response. I would definitely use Jodi again for either listing or selling my property.
