We really enjoyed working with Kelly. It took 8-9 months of hunting but Kelly was very patient with us and spent a LOT of weekends taking us to different properties until we found the right place. Once we were under contract, Kelly was very attentive and made sure that we stayed on top of all of the deadlines to keep the process moving along smoothly. When we sold our old house, Kelly was a great help, as well. We had never sold a home before, so Kelly was able to help us figure out what fixes and updates were necessary, and which ones weren't the best idea. We had 13 showings in the first weekend, plus an open house with 20 or so groups coming through, and we were under contract by Monday afternoon! Again, Kelly was in close contact with us throughout the process to make sure we were signing all of the required documents on time to keep everything moving smoothly. He even threw in a couple of staging items as gifts to our buyers just to sweeten the deal and keep them happy. Anytime we needed recommendations for contractors, Kelly put us in touch with trusted pros right away. Kelly was very patient and understood the challenges we were facing in trying to find a property that balanced the needs and desires of some different personalities in our family. He worked very hard for us and we would absolutely work with Kelly again!

When I was faced with having to sell my home after my divorce, I reached out to Kelly for help from all of the positive reviews on google. This turned out to be a wonderful decision. Kelly showed up at my house the day I called him to discuss the process. We signed the paperwork and he had it staged and on the market within a week. Which is an oversimplification…Kelly brought in staging materials, painted my walls himself, helped me move things out that weren’t good for staging, got it cleaned, photographed and had the first of several open houses the following weekend. He and his wife Jodi absolutely knocked it out like total professionals. From there, Kelly was very communicative and ended up selling my home pretty quickly. On my way out, Kelly actually helped me move a ton of heavy stuff in a big effort to get the sale completed quickly. Everything he did far exceeded expectations, I’d hire him again, his commission felt like money well spent. I’d recommend him to a friend also.
